Court of Appeal Rebuffs CA Governor’s Appeal

(ABC)  A state appellate court has denied Gov. Schwarzenegger’s appeal to overturn a lower court’s ruling blocking his executive order mandating furloughs for some 150,000 state workers.

The ruling means state workers should report for work Friday.
